Overview

Forimtamig + daratumumab is an investigational combination therapy for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. **Forimtamig** is a novel T-cell bispecific monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets **GPRC5D** on malignant plasma cells and **CD3** on T cells, inducing immune-mediated destruction of cancerous plasma cells. It features a silent Fc region to reduce toxicity and increase half-life. **Daratumumab** is an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody that binds CD38 on multiple myeloma cells and induces complement-dependent cytotoxicity, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and apoptosis. This combination is being evaluated for synergistic activity, seeking to improve response rates and durability of response in patients with highly refractory or relapsed disease.
