Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination of formoterol, a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist (LABA), and hydrocortisone, a glucocorticoid corticosteroid. Formoterol works by relaxing and opening air passages in the lungs by stimulating beta-2 receptors, while hydrocortisone provides anti-inflammatory effects. This combination may be used for respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD, though it is not available as a fixed-dose combination product.
