This is a combination dietary supplement containing forskolin (from Coleus forskohlii extract), rutin, vitamin B1 (thiamine), and vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It is primarily marketed as an adjunctive therapy for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Forskolin acts by increasing cyclic AMP levels, leading to reduced aqueous humor inflow and lower intraocular pressure. Rutin is a flavonoid with antioxidant properties that may improve ocular blood flow. Vitamins B1 and B2 are included for their general neuroprotective and metabolic support roles.
