Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combination of fulvestrant and lerociclib for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. Lerociclib is a highly selective oral CDK4/6 inhibitor that has demonstrated anti-tumor activity with a differentiated safety and tolerability profile. This combination has shown significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to fulvestrant alone in patients whose disease had progressed on prior endocrine therapy.
