FUW-hgp100 + SVGmu is an **integration-deficient lentiviral vector (IDLV) vaccine** encoding the melanoma antigen human gp100 (hgp100), delivered with a modified Sindbis virus envelope glycoprotein (SVGmu) that specifically targets dendritic cell (DC) surface receptor DC-SIGN.
