Drug intelligence / Profile preview
G100 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of **G100**, an intratumoral toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) agonist, and **pembrolizumab**, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). G100 is designed to activate innate immune responses at the tumor site through TLR4 signaling which attracts and expands T and NK cells, and promotes systemic anti-tumor immunity. Pembrolizumab blocks PD-1, thereby releasing inhibition of T cells and enhancing anti-tumor T cell activity. The combination aims to synergize these mechanisms, resulting in enhanced clinical responses in certain lymphomas and potentially other tumors with high TLR4 expression[1][3][5][7]. G100 is developed by Immune Design, and pembrolizumab is developed and manufactured by Merck.
