Overview

**GAIA-121-125 (C+)** is a preclinical, intravenous allogeneic NK-like cell therapy from GAIA BioMedicine for solid tumors expressing the company-designated proprietary tumor antigen C+. It uses GAIA's GAAAP antibody-armed adoptive cell therapy platform, in which peripheral blood mononuclear cell-derived NK-like cells are armed with a proprietary antibody intended to direct cytotoxic activity toward C+-expressing tumor cells. The molecular identity of antigen C+ and the corresponding arming antibody have not been publicly disclosed.
