ganitumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin

A combination therapy consisting of **ganitumab** (also known as AMG 479), **paclitaxel**, and **carboplatin**. Ganitumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R), blocking IGF-I and IGF-II binding and thereby inhibiting downstream signaling, such as PI3K/AKT pathway, which can lead to reduced tumor growth and increased apoptosis. Paclitaxel is a microtubule inhibitor that promotes microtubule assembly and inhibits disassembly, leading to apoptosis.
