GBP511 + CAS-1

GBP511 + CAS-1 is a broadly protective sarbecovirus vaccine candidate developed by SK Bioscience. GBP511 is a recombinant protein subunit vaccine designed to provide immunity against a range of sarbecoviruses, including SARS-CoV-2 and its variants, as well as other related viruses within the sarbecovirus subgenus. The vaccine is administered in combination with CAS-1, a proprietary adjuvant intended to enhance the magnitude and durability of the immune response. The combination aims to induce both high levels of neutralizing antibodies and robust cell-mediated immunity. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials to assess its safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity in healthy adults.
