Overview

GDC-6036 + bevacizumab is an experimental combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutations. GDC-6036 (also known as divarasib) is a highly selective, irreversible inhibitor of KRAS G12C, designed to lock the mutant KRAS protein in an inactive state and suppress its oncogenic signaling. Bevacizumab is an approved monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby preventing tumor angiogenesis. The combination aims to both directly inhibit cancer cell growth (via KRAS G12C inhibition) and deprive tumors of blood supply (via VEGF inhibition)[1][3][4][5][6].
