Preclinical studies have shown additive or synergistic antitumor activity when eribulin is combined with other cytotoxic agents like gemcitabine or platinum compounds in several tumor models[2]. However, there are no published clinical trials specifically evaluating the triple combination "gemcitabine + oxaliplatin + eribulin" as a single regimen; its use would be considered investigational.
