Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GEN-725 + dositinib mesylate is an investigational combination therapy developed by Henan Genuine Biotech Co., Ltd. for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR mutations. Dositinib mesylate is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that selectively targets both sensitizing mutations and the T790M resistance mutation while sparing wild-type EGFR. GEN-725 is a novel small molecule being evaluated in combination with dositinib to potentially enhance therapeutic efficacy or overcome resistance mechanisms in patients who have progressed on or are candidates for EGFR-targeted therapy. The combination is currently undergoing Phase I/IIa clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity.
