Overview

GINAKIT cells + etanercept is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of neuroblastoma in children. GINAKIT cells are autologous natural killer T (NKT) cells genetically modified to express a GD2-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and interleukin-15. Etanercept is a TNF inhibitor administered as a supportive medication alongside the cell therapy.
