Giredestrant + ipatasertib is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the treatment of breast cancer. Giredestrant is a next-generation oral selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) that binds to and induces degradation of the estrogen receptor (ER), thereby inhibiting ER signaling in ER-positive breast cancer cells.
