GLS-012 + GLS-010 is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and melanoma. GLS-012 is an anti-LAG3 (lymphocyte activation gene 3) monoclonal antibody that acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking LAG3-mediated T-cell inhibition, thereby enhancing antitumor immune responses. GLS-010, also known as zimberelimab, is a fully human anti-programmed death 1 (PD‑1) monoclonal antibody that blocks the PD‑1/PD‑L1 pathway to restore T-cell activity against tumor cells. The combination aims to provide synergistic immunotherapeutic effects by dual checkpoint blockade (LAG3 and PD‑1), potentially improving outcomes in patients with advanced cancers who have progressed on standard treatments. Both agents are administered intravenously every three weeks in clinical trials[2][5][7][6].
