GLS-012 + GLS-010 + pemetrexed + carboplatin

GLS-012 is a monoclonal antibody targeting lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG3), an immune checkpoint receptor, with potential antineoplastic activity. It is being developed for use in advanced solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). GLS-010 is a fully human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, also under development for various cancers. Pemetrexed is an antifolate chemotherapy agent that inhibits folate-dependent enzymes involved in nucleotide synthesis, while carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis. The combination of these four agents—GLS-012, GLS-010, pemetrexed, and carboplatin—is being investigated as a regimen for patients with advanced NSCLC without driver mutations, aiming to enhance antitumor immune responses alongside standard chemotherapy.
