**Glucomannan + inulin + psyllium** is an oral multi-fiber dietary supplement marketed as **Soloways** and manufactured by S.Lab. It combines the viscous soluble fibers glucomannan and psyllium with the fermentable prebiotic fiber inulin for weight-management use. The fibers increase gastrointestinal viscosity and water retention, can delay gastric emptying, promote fullness and satiety, reduce hunger, and undergo colonic fermentation. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in adults with overweight or obesity carrying specified FTO, LEP, LEPR, or MC4R polymorphisms, the combination was associated with greater 180-day reductions in body weight, body-mass index, fat mass, and visceral-fat rating than placebo, but gastrointestinal adverse effects were common.
