Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist + indocyanine green is a combination drug product comprised of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist and the fluorescent dye indocyanine green. Indocyanine green is a water-soluble, tricarbocyanine dye used diagnostically for fluorescence imaging during surgical procedures and in cardiac, hepatic, and ophthalmic diagnostics; it fluoresces when exposed to near-infrared light, allowing for visualization of vascular and lymphatic structures. There is no evidence of a widely approved clinical formulation combining GnRH agonists with indocyanine green, suggesting this combination is investigational or used in highly specific research or surgical contexts.
