Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The goose parvovirus inactivated vaccine (TZ10 strain) is a veterinary vaccine developed by Youbang Pharmaceutical (Yangzhou Youbang Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.) to protect against goose parvovirus (GPV), the causative agent of gosling plague, also known as Derzsy's disease. This inactivated vaccine utilizes the TZ10 strain of the virus to stimulate the immune system of geese and goslings, inducing protective antibodies without causing active infection. Gosling plague is a highly contagious and often fatal disease, particularly in young birds under 4 weeks of age. The vaccine is approved for use in China and is part of Youbang Pharmaceutical's waterfowl vaccine portfolio.
