Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of goserelin (an LHRH agonist), letrozole (an aromatase inhibitor), and ribociclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor). This regimen is used for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer, particularly in pre/perimenopausal women and male patients. The combination works by suppressing hormone production (goserelin), blocking estrogen synthesis (letrozole), and inhibiting cell cycle progression (ribociclib) to prevent cancer cell growth and proliferation.
