Overview
A combination endocrine therapy consisting of goserelin (an LHRH agonist) and tamoxifen (a selective estrogen receptor modulator). Goserelin works by suppressing ovarian function and reducing estrogen production in premenopausal women, while tamoxifen blocks the effects of estrogen on breast cancer cells.
