Grazoprevir, elbasvir, and ribavirin is a combination antiviral regimen used to treat chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in adults and children 12 years of age or older. Grazoprevir is an HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor that blocks viral replication by binding to the Hepatitis C virus NS3/4A protease, which is essential for viral polyprotein maturation and evasion of host immunity.
