grippol quadrivalent (Petrovax Pharm)

Grippol Quadrivalent is a quadrivalent inactivated subunit adjuvanted influenza vaccine developed for the prevention of influenza. It contains hemagglutinin antigens from four influenza virus strains—two type A (H1N1 and H3N2) and two type B (Yamagata and Victoria lineages)—each at 5 μg per dose. The vaccine uses Polyoxidonium (azoximer bromide) as an immunoadjuvant to enhance immune response while allowing for a lower antigen content compared to standard vaccines. This formulation induces a pronounced Th2-mediated humoral immune response and increases CD4+ memory T cell maturation as well as NK cell activity. It is indicated for children from 6 months of age through adults up to 60 years old, especially those at high risk of complications from influenza[1][3][7].
