GV-907 + GV-108

GV-907 + GV-108 is an investigational combination mRNA-based cancer vaccine therapy developed by the Beijing Neurosurgical Institute. It is specifically designed for the treatment of glioblastoma, with a focus on patients harboring IDH-wildtype tumors. The therapy consists of two distinct mRNA components, GV-907 and GV-108, which are engineered to encode specific tumor-associated antigens. Upon intradermal administration, these vaccines aim to stimulate a robust and specific antitumor immune response, primarily mediated by T-cells, to target and eliminate residual glioblastoma cells and prevent disease recurrence following standard surgical and chemoradiation treatments.
