GZ21T (Ankh Life Sciences)

GZ21T is an investigational topical cream containing a fixed stoichiometric combination of **curcumin, isovanillin, and harmine**. Developed for actinic keratosis, it is intended to induce antitumor activity through DNA-damage and cellular-stress signaling, including reported activation of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated kinase and AMP-activated protein kinase, enhanced autophagy, and mitochondrial caspase-dependent and caspase-independent cell death in actinic-keratosis models. A Phase I topical single-ascending-dose study in healthy volunteers has been registered by Ankh Life Sciences.
