**HAIC + tislelizumab + apatinib** is an investigational co-administration regimen for unresectable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. In the registered phase II study, hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy consisted of intra-arterial oxaliplatin and fluorouracil, combined with intravenous tislelizumab, an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 monoclonal antibody, and oral apatinib, a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 inhibitor.
