Overview
Hailun (also known as Hailun Capsule) is a traditional Mongolian medicine (TMM) developed by the Mongolian Medicine College of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities. It is formulated as an oral capsule intended for the treatment of patients in the early recovery stage of ischemic stroke, specifically those presenting with blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome. In traditional Mongolian medicine theory, the preparation is designed to promote blood circulation, resolve blood stasis, and clear the meridians and collaterals to facilitate neurological recovery. It has been evaluated in Phase II clinical trials in China to assess its safety and efficacy in improving functional outcomes following a stroke.
