Overview

Halcinonide + tildrakizumab is a combination therapy used for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, particularly in patients who have an inadequate response to tildrakizumab monotherapy. Tildrakizumab is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23), inhibiting its interaction with the IL-23 receptor and thereby reducing inflammation associated with psoriasis. Halcinonide is a highly potent topical corticosteroid that reduces local skin inflammation by suppressing various components of the immune response. The combination has been shown in clinical studies to be safe and effective, providing improved control of psoriasis symptoms compared to tildrakizumab alone[1][2][3].
