**HB-110** is an investigational therapeutic DNA vaccine for **chronic hepatitis B**. It is a co-formulated mixture of three naked plasmid DNA vectors encoding hepatitis B virus envelope proteins S and L, hepatitis B virus core protein and polymerase, and mutant human interleukin-12. Administered intramuscularly, including by electroporation in clinical studies, HB-110 is intended to restore or amplify HBV-specific cellular immune responses in people with chronic HBV infection. It was evaluated in completed Phase 1 studies with background nucleoside analogue therapy including adefovir and entecavir.
