HB002.1T + paclitaxel + carboplatin is an investigational combination regimen for advanced solid tumors, particularly ovarian, cervical, biliary, pancreatic, and some other solid tumors. HB002.1T is a recombinant human fusion protein made of the second domain of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-1 (VEGFR1) fused with the Fc region of human IgG1, acting as a decoy receptor to bind and neutralize VEGF-A, VEGF-B, and placental growth factor (PlGF), thereby inhibiting angiogenesis. Paclitaxel is a microtubule stabilizer that disrupts mitosis, while carboplatin is a platinum-based DNA crosslinking agent. The combination leverages anti-angiogenic, anti-mitotic, and DNA damaging mechanisms. This regimen has shown promising anti-tumor activity and manageable toxicity in early clinical trials in patients with advanced solid tumors, especially ovarian cancer[1][4][10].
