Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HD-PRP + emulsified AD-tSVF + emulsified AD-cSVF is an autologous biocellular regenerative therapy developed by **Regeneris Medical** and **Healeon Medical**. This combination therapy utilizes a patient's own biological materials, specifically high-density platelet-rich plasma (HD-PRP), emulsified adipose-derived tissue stromal vascular fraction (AD-tSVF), and adipose-derived cellular stromal vascular fraction (AD-cSVF). The therapy is designed to treat various forms of hair loss, including androgenetic alopecia, female pattern hair loss, and scarring (cicatricial) alopecias. The mechanism involves the delivery of concentrated growth factors and cytokines from platelets alongside a rich population of adipose-derived stem and stromal cells to the scalp dermis. This mixture aims to modulate the microenvironment and stimulate hair follicle progenitor tissues to promote hair regrowth and tissue repair. The components are prepared at the point of care using specialized isolation and concentration systems, such as the Healeon CentriCyte 1000 and the Emcyte II system, and are administered via intradermal scalp injections.
