Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Hehe Shuyangfang + Anluo Huaxian is a combination of two traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulations. While detailed information on "Hehe Shuyangfang" is limited in the provided sources and broader literature, "Anluo Huaxian" (also known as An-Luo-Hua-Xian Pill or Wan) is a well-studied TCM product used primarily for the treatment of liver fibrosis and chronic hepatitis B. Anluo Huaxian contains multiple herbal ingredients and exerts its effects by inhibiting hepatic stellate cell activation, reducing oxidative stress and apoptosis in liver cells, regulating extracellular matrix metabolism and angiogenesis in the liver, as well as modulating inflammatory cytokines. Clinical studies have shown that when combined with standard antiviral therapies such as entecavir or tenofovir, it can significantly improve regression rates of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B or cirrhosis[1][2][3][4]. The mechanism involves anti-fibrotic activity through modulation of molecular pathways related to inflammation and fibrogenesis.
