Overview

**Hemibody (Multiple Myeloma)** is Cherry Biolabs' preclinical lead T-cell-engaging antibody program for multiple myeloma. It comprises two complementary, individually inactive antibody fragments that bind two separate, undisclosed antigens co-expressed on the same myeloma cell; their on-cell assembly restores a T-cell-engaging unit that directs cytotoxic T-cell activity to the tumor cell. This combinatorial targeting strategy is intended to spare normal cells expressing only one of the antigens. Cherry Biolabs reports in-vivo proof of principle in a humanized mouse model and initiation of a master cell bank for GMP production. ([cherrybiolabs.com](https://www.cherrybiolabs.com/technology/))
