Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX07 + HLX10 + carboplatin + nab-paclitaxel is a four-drug combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, especially squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck and non-small cell lung cancer. HLX07 is a novel, recombinant, humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody and a biobetter of cetuximab; HLX10 is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy drug, and nab-paclitaxel is a nanoparticle albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel. HLX07 blocks EGFR signaling, inhibiting tumor proliferation; HLX10 blocks PD-1, enhancing T cell anti-tumor response; carboplatin induces DNA cross-linking and apoptosis; nab-paclitaxel disrupts microtubule function and mitosis[1][4][5][7][9][10].
