HLX07 + lenvatinib is an investigational combination therapy composed of **HLX07**, a novel anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) humanized monoclonal antibody, and **lenvatinib**, a small molecule multikinase inhibitor. HLX07 is independently developed by Henlius using an advanced antibody engineering platform and is designed to reduce immunogenicity and maintain high affinity, derived from and re-engineered based on cetuximab. Lenvatinib targets multiple receptors, notably vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1-3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), RET, and KIT, thereby blocking pathways involved in tumor angiogenesis and proliferation. This combination is under clinical investigation primarily for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), where HLX07 targets EGFR to inhibit tumor cell proliferation, and lenvatinib inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth.
