HLX07 + serplulimab + chemotherapy

HLX07 + serplulimab + chemotherapy is a combination therapy consisting of HLX07, a recombinant humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody, serplulimab (HANSIZHUANG), a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, and chemotherapy agents (commonly platinum-based and fluoropyrimidine drugs, e.g., cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil)[1][3][5][7]. HLX07 inhibits EGFR signaling to block tumor cell growth and survival. Serplulimab blocks PD-1-mediated immune evasion, restoring and enhancing T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination achieves dual targeting by simultaneously inhibiting the EGFR pathway and immune checkpoints, generating a synergistic antitumor effect. Chemotherapy provides direct cytotoxic effects, further promoting immunogenic cell death and augmenting immune response. The regimen is being developed primarily for first-line treatment of advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) with EGFR overexpression, as well as for advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)[1][3][5][7].
