Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX07 + serplulimab + gemcitabine + cisplatin is an investigational combination regimen developed by Shanghai Henlius Biotech for the first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The regimen includes HLX07, a humanized anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody engineered for high affinity and low immunogenicity; serplulimab (HLX10), a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody; and a chemotherapy backbone of gemcitabine and cisplatin. By combining targeted EGFR inhibition, immune checkpoint blockade, and cytotoxic chemotherapy, the regimen aims to provide a synergistic anti-tumor effect. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial (HLX07-NPC201) where it has shown preliminary efficacy and a manageable safety profile.
