Overview

A **combination therapy** consisting of HLX15-IV (a biosimilar to daratumumab), lenalidomide, and dexamethasone. HLX15-IV is a monoclonal antibody that targets CD38, a surface protein highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells, leading to cell lysis through immune-mediated mechanisms. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent that enhances immune response against myeloma cells and directly inhibits tumor cell proliferation. Dexamethasone is a synthetic corticosteroid that decreases inflammation and is cytotoxic to myeloma cells. This combination is being evaluated for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma in patients who are ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation[5][7][9].
