HLX26 + serplulimab + chemotherapy is an experimental combination immunotherapy regimen for cancer, consisting of HLX26 (a human monoclonal antibody targeting lymphocyte-activation gene 3, LAG-3), serplulimab (a human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1, PD-1), and standard chemotherapy agents. HLX26 blocks the LAG-3 pathway to restore T cell cytotoxic activity, while serplulimab blocks PD-1 to sustain T cell activation and reverse immune evasion by tumors. The combination shows synergistic anti-tumor effects, reduces regulatory T cells, increases effector T cells, and remodels the tumor microenvironment. This regimen is in clinical development for first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), among other solid tumors[1][2][3][4].
