HPC, Marrow

**HPC, Marrow** is an investigational, cryopreserved allogeneic bone-marrow cell therapy developed by Ossium Health. It is recovered from vertebral bodies of deceased organ donors and contains hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells, including CD34-positive cells. Administered as the donor graft in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation, the product is intended to engraft and reconstitute recipient hematopoiesis after conditioning therapy for hematologic malignancies. Ossium is evaluating the product in the first-in-human PRESERVE I study and provides it through its HOPE expanded-access program for eligible patients needing urgent allogeneic transplantation.
