Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-2189 + HRS-6209 + HRS-8080 is a combination therapy consisting of three small molecule agents being evaluated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The regimen includes **HRS-6209**, a novel selective cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) inhibitor that targets the CDK4/Cyclin D complex to arrest the cell cycle; **HRS-8080**, a highly effective and selective oral estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) designed to inhibit estrogen receptor (ER) activity and downstream signaling in ER-positive and ER-mutated breast cancer; and **HRS-2189**, an anti-tumor agent that regulates the expression of various cancer-related genes. Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, this triplet combination is currently in Phase Ib/II clinical trials to address resistance mechanisms in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
