Overview

HRS-4642 + adebrelimab is an investigational combination therapy comprising two agents: - **HRS-4642** is a highly selective, long-acting, non-covalent small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12D mutation, which is prevalent in several solid tumors and has historically been considered undruggable. Preclinical and early clinical studies have shown that HRS-4642 demonstrates robust anti-tumor activity against KRAS G12D-mutant cancers by directly inhibiting the mutant KRAS protein and modulating the tumor microenvironment toward an immune-permissive state[2][6]. - **Adebrelimab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immunity. The combination aims to leverage direct oncogenic pathway inhibition (KRAS G12D) with immunotherapy (PD-L1 blockade) for synergistic anti-tumor effects in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS G12D mutations.
