Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-4642 + nalirifox + adebrelimab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated as a neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The regimen consists of HRS-4642, a small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12D mutation; NALIRIFOX, a chemotherapy backbone comprising liposomal irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin; and adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a monoclonal antibody that acts as a PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor. Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, this combination therapy is designed to synergistically target oncogenic signaling, induce cytotoxic cell death, and enhance anti-tumor immune responses in patients with resectable or borderline-resectable PDAC.
