Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7058 + SHR-1316 + BP102 is an investigational triple combination regimen being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals (via its subsidiary Shandong Suncadia Medicine) for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, particularly those harboring KRAS G12C mutations. The regimen consists of HRS-7058, a small molecule inhibitor targeting the oncogenic KRAS G12C mutation; adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by targeting PD-L1; and BP102, a biosimilar of the anti-angiogenic monoclonal antibody bevacizumab which targets VEGF. This combination is designed to simultaneously inhibit tumor cell signaling, enhance anti-tumor immune responses, and suppress tumor-associated angiogenesis. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials to assess safety, tolerability, and efficacy.
