Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7058 + SHR-9839 + SHR-1316 is a combination therapy being developed by Shandong Suncadia Medicine, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. This triplet regimen consists of **HRS-7058**, a small molecule inhibitor of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 and 2 (ERK1/2); **SHR-9839**, a monoclonal antibody targeting the immune checkpoint T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT); and **SHR-1316** (adebrelimab), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1). The combination is designed to simultaneously inhibit the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in cancer to drive proliferation, and block two distinct immunosuppressive pathways (PD-L1 and TIGIT) to restore and enhance the anti-tumor activity of T cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials.
