Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7058 + SHR-A2102 + SHR-1316 + BP102 is a four-drug combination therapy being developed by Shandong Suncadia Medicine (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. The regimen consists of HRS-7058, an ERK1/2 inhibitor; SHR-A2102, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4; SHR-1316 (adebrelimab), a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1); and BP102, a biosimilar of bevacizumab targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This combination aims to simultaneously inhibit the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, deliver cytotoxic payloads to Nectin-4 expressing cells, enhance anti-tumor immune responses via checkpoint inhibition, and inhibit angiogenesis. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials.
