Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**HRS2300 + almonertinib** is an investigational combination therapy composed of two small molecule drugs: HRS2300 and almonertinib. HRS2300 is an experimental chemical drug developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, whose specific molecular target and mechanism of action have not been publicly disclosed as of September 2025. Almonertinib (HS-10296) is a third-generation, orally available EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits both EGFR sensitizing and T790M resistance mutations, used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations. The combination has been studied in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignancies, including advanced cancer and malignant solid neoplasms, but development for this combination appears to have been discontinued after Phase 1[1][3][5][7].
