**HRS2300 + SHR-1701** is an experimental anticancer combination therapy under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors. HRS2300 is a small molecule with an undefined mechanism, developed as an antineoplastic agent. SHR-1701 is a bifunctional fusion protein that combines a monoclonal antibody against programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) with the extracellular domain of transforming growth factor beta receptor II (TGF-βRII), thus simultaneously inhibiting both the PD-L1 and TGF-β pathways.
