This is a combination of three distinct anti-cancer agents: - **HS-10370**: a potent, highly selective, covalent small molecule inhibitor of KRAS G12C, administered orally, independently developed by Hansoh Pharma for the treatment of advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutations. KRAS G12C is a common oncogenic driver mutation, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). HS-10370 blocks abnormal KRAS G12C signaling, inhibiting cell proliferation[1][3][5]. - **Adebrelimab**: an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (immunotherapy checkpoint inhibitor), designed to block the PD-L1/PD-1 pathway, unleashing cytotoxic T-cell anti-tumor activity. Adebrelimab is under development for several cancer indications, especially lung cancers. - **Pemetrexed**: an intravenous antimetabolite chemotherapy agent (folate analog, brand name Alimta) that disrupts cancer cell DNA synthesis and repair, predominantly used in NSCLC and mesothelioma. It blocks folate-dependent enzymes, inhibiting nucleotide synthesis and thus cell proliferation[2][4][6][10]. This combination is being investigated in clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, especially NSCLC, with KRAS G12C mutations[7][9].
