Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-10502 + apatinib is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors. HS-10502 is an orally bioavailable, selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) inhibitor developed by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical. It acts by inhibiting PARP1, a key enzyme involved in DNA repair, thereby promoting cancer cell death when combined with other antitumor agents[1][8]. Apatinib (also known as rivoceranib or YN968D1; brand name Aitan) is a small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor growth[5][7]. The combination is being evaluated in phase I clinical trials for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors including recurrent ovarian cancer, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), advanced prostate cancer, and advanced gastric cancer[6].
